The Convention package fees indicated are per person. This fee includes three nights accommodation and breakfast (11, 12, 13 September) in the Convention hotel or another hotel (if no room available in Convention hotel), access to the 3 Convention conference sessions (for conference participants), coffee breaks, 1 lunch (12/9), evening cocktail event (12/9), guided tour of Lisbon, travel to cocktail and Gala Dinner at Forte da Cruz, Estoril (13/9).
Please note that registration is accepted and confirmed only after receiving the completed online registration form and full payment.
Spouse/partner registration fees include extra accommodation/breakfast costs, a day excursion to Sintra, Cabo da Roca, Cascais including lunch (12/9), evening cocktail event (12/9), guided tour of Lisbon, (13/9), cocktail and Gala Dinner (13/9).
Payment must be made via the online registration. Any difficulties experienced with registration should be reported to the Convention organisers and all efforts will be made to assist you with your registration.
A single price, including registration and hotel accommodation, is offered. No refund will be provided where Convention delegates choose not to stay three nights in the hotel. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis, with preference first given to the Convention hotel. If no more rooms are available at the Convention hotel, organisers will do their utmost to find alternative accommodation for delegates. Any changes to these reservations or any specific requests not referred to in the registration process should be addressed to the conference organisers at email@example.com.
Cancellations or changes in the details of conference delegates should be made in writing exclusively to the Convention organisers.

Registered participants who are unable to attend the conference may nominate (free of charge) a substitute participant by notifying the Conference organisers in writing before August 31st, 2019. Substitutions after this date will not be permitted.
FERM cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any property, whatever the cause may be. Liability of persons and enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected.
Force majeure: If, for any reason beyond the organisers' control (inter alia acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions or industrial action), the event must be cancelled or curtailed in any way, the organisers cannot guarantee the repayment of registration fees or accommodation costs. Likewise, it shall not be held responsible for any costs, damages or expenses incurred by registrants as a result of this force majeure.
